Included:
Plates, cutlery, tea/coffee (30-40%) & orange juice, napkins, tablecloths, table stands (if required), salt & pepper, food and service-ware, service staff.
Package has been calculated on 45 minutes from start of main to start of desert.
Finger Food Menu
Included:
Tier 1 – Food, platters and paper napkins
Tier 2 – Food, platters, tea/coffee/orange juice and paper napkins
Tier 3 – Food, platters, tea/coffee/orange juice , linen napkins, crockery plates, cutlery (if required), tablecloths for food and beverage tables.
Buffet Menu
Included:
Tier 1 – Food, plates, cutlery, serving ware, paper napkins (drop-off only)
Tier 2 – Food, plates, cutlery, serving ware, paper napkins, tablecloths for buffet tables, salt & pepper, table stands (if required), staff for clearing, carvery staff (if required).
Tier 3 – Same as above PLUS table settings (including dining tablecloths), linen napkins, glassware, bridal table service (if required), tea/coffee (30-40%), 2 x 1L carafes of chilled water per table.
Tier 4 – Same as Tier 3 PLUS bar package (click on link?)
Plated Menu
Included:
Tier 1 – Food, plates, cutlery, serving ware, salt & pepper, table stand, serving staff.
Tier 2 – Same as above PLUS linen napkins, tablecloths, glassware, 2 x 1L carafes of chilled water per table, table setting, tea/coffee (30-40% served at side station).
Tier 3 – Same as above PLUS sides & salads, breads and dips on arrival.
Tier 4 – Same as above PLUS bar package (click on link?)

Canape Menu
Bar Package:
Tier 1 – Hireage of staff only.
Tier 2 – Same as above PLUS glassware for bar only.
Tier 3 – Same as above PLUS full bar where we supply, sell and serve beverages. Alcoholic and Non-Alcoholic.
Tier 4 – Same as above PLUS table wines (2 x white and 1 x red) or option to upgrade to Bubbly.
Tea/Coffee available.
Full Bar Options:
Cash – Customer/Guest pays (eftpos and credit card facilities available)
Tab – Open tab or limited tab. Bar staff will notify when tab is nearing the pre-advised limit.
Subsidised – A combination of cash and tab. E.g. $3.00 per drink to go to the tab and balance paid cash by customer/guest.
Total takings over the bar must reach $250.00 per hour. In the event that this is not achieved, you will incur staff costs of $30.00 per staff member per hour.
