After 10 years of operating his own successful catering company in Whangarei (Absolute Caterers), Dwight decided it was time for expansion and re-branding. He took on a business partner and Absolute Caterers Ltd was formed in 2010.
Dwight Shepherd and Richard Taylor concluded that Northland was in need of a new wave and progressive catering / service provider. With Dwight’s local experience as chef and business owner along with Richard’s international travel and chef experience, they knew they could create and offer a leading-edge food and beverage service for Northland.
Despite being company Directors, Dwight and Richard maintain a very hands-on approach to the day to day running of their business. You can rest assured that they will oversee your arrangements from the initial enquiry stage right through till the last dish is put through the steriliser!
I just wanted to say a big thank you to you and your staff for all the support given over the last couple of days and weeks leading up to our event.
